Privacyverklaring

Last updated: 9 september 2026.

1. Who is responsible?

OLIVIER NV, Schaapbruggestraat 26, 8800 Rumbeke, Belgium, company registration number BE 0430.128.583, is responsible for processing personal data through this website. You can contact us at info@olivier.inc or +32 51 26 00 26.

This policy covers visits to the website and contact arising from those visits. The website currently has no separate quotation request process or newsletter subscription. Our processing is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018.

2. What data do we process, for what purposes and on what legal basis?

  • Operation and security: IP address, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and technical logs, to provide, maintain and secure the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website. Strictly necessary storage for language and consent preferences does not depend on consent for marketing or statistics.
  • Statistics: pages visited, traffic sources, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions. We use this information to identify technical problems and to understand and improve the website. Limited technical measurements may take place without optional cookies. Additional analytics storage is used only with your consent.
  • Company identification without cookies: we use Leadinfo B.V. to identify business visits and for business prospecting. For this purpose, Leadinfo processes information including IP addresses, pages visited, timestamps and browser information, and matches this with company information. We base this processing on our legitimate interest in understanding business interest in our foundation technology and following up on relevant business contacts, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Leadinfo loads without prior consent, including when you reject optional cookies. Cookieless mode is enabled; form tracking, Persona Insights and Leadinfo screen recordings are not available in this mode. Visits can still be grouped using browser information without cookies. According to Leadinfo, the IP address is not stored after company identification. See the Leadinfo privacy policy. This does not constitute a newsletter subscription.
  • External videos, only with your consent: when YouTube loads, Google receives information including your IP address, browser information and information about the video. Google may use cookies or local storage. The other content remains available without this consent.
  • If you contact us directly: we process the information you provide, such as your name, business email address, telephone number and message, to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable. You do not need to provide contact details to read the website.

3. Who may receive data?

Cookie preferences and a minimal consent record are retained for 180 days. This record contains the selected categories, the date and the version of the consent information, without an IP address or browsing history. The lifetime of a cookie is not necessarily the same as the retention period for data held by a service provider.

These providers may use subprocessors. Microsoft, Automattic and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. We therefore do not make a general promise that all data will remain exclusively in Europe. Such transfers are subject to the applicable GDPR safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for information about the safeguards applying to your data. See also the privacy information provided by Microsoft, Automattic and Google.

4. How long are data retained?

Cookie preferences and a minimal consent record are retained for 180 days. This record contains the selected categories, the date and the version of the consent information, without an IP address or browsing history. The lifetime of a cookie is not necessarily the same as the retention period for data held by a service provider.

For other data, the necessary retention period is determined by the purpose: handling your enquiry, the relevance and duration of a business relationship or prospecting activity, investigating technical problems and security incidents, and applicable statutory retention obligations or limitation periods. A cookie choice does not automatically delete previously stored company information or correspondence. Please contact us to request access, object to processing or request deletion.

5. Your choices and rights

Objecting to company identification: the cookie buttons do not change how Leadinfo operates. You can object to this processing and business prospecting by contacting info@olivier.inc. To opt out of company identification by Leadinfo, you can also use Leadinfo’s opt-out facility. Opting out does not automatically delete previously stored data; you can contact us about this.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using Change cookie preferences at the bottom of the website. Withdrawal stops future processing for which you gave consent through this website and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The website does not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time. Send your request to info@olivier.inc. We normally respond within one month; where legally permitted and necessary, this period may be extended, and we will inform you accordingly. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.

You can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, or with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Local storage and tracking pixels can also store or transmit information. On this website, we distinguish between necessary storage, optional cookies and external media.

All optional categories are disabled by default. Reject optional cookies is available alongside Accept all. Through Choose preferences, you decide which purposes you allow. Simply scrolling or continuing to browse does not constitute consent. Your choice applies across the language versions of this website, and you will be asked again after 180 days.

After withdrawal, the services concerned are no longer loaded, and we delete identifiable first-party analytics cookies where technically possible. We cannot directly delete cookies on other providers’ domains; you can delete these through your browser. Data previously sent to a service provider are not automatically deleted as a result.

Leadinfo operates without cookies and falls outside these cookie choices, as explained above.
